Home Sales are up nationwide. That’s the upshot of the AP article at the link. Meanwhile our own local paper today reports Redding area home sales home were down for April. But here’s the kicker: Prices are up this month. According to author David Benda, “Homes sold in April for a median price of $150,000, up from $135,000 in March, the lowest level in 10 years.”
