What luxury home sellers spend to sell their homes

The California Association of Realtors conducted a survey of home luxury home buyers and sellers. 730 online surveys were received in November 2013. Respondents are luxury clients who purchased or sold a home for over one million dollars. We have some interesting results we’ll be sharing here.
Luxury1We would need a heck of a hilltop to have a view of the ocean from Redding. But we do offer homes that view the Sacramento River, which is our local equivalent to an ocean view.

Luxury2The median amount that sellers spent on a photographer was 300 dollars. The median amount that sellers spent on a videographer was 250 dollars. The median amount that sellers spent on a designer was 500 dollars.

Interesting to know. We’ve been offering our photo and video services in the Redding area for only $95. Locally, our photography and videography is second to none. We may need to raise our prices.
