We scouted out the new neighborhood being built now in southeast Redding at Shastina Ranch. It looks terrific! Nice to see they are taking advantage of progressive traffic roundabouts in the design. Bravo. Bike lanes too.
The plan calls for a park and walking trails too. Should be a great neighborhood.
