Local deliveries are made to some stores in the Redding area and direct sales at farmers markets, but most uses UPS Logistics for delivery. They have become an established name in the 100% organic and whole wheat marketplace, and are growing in the expanding sprouted-grain, and gluten-free niche market.

Sale includes no real estate, but a straight lease, and sublease of the storefront/retail space, currently let to a sandwich shop.
