Clear Creek in French Gulch
Here’s a unique property. With 1.9 acres stretching across both sides of year-round Clear Creek, the setting is rare. The home was built when French Gulch was more of a thriving gold rush town. In the earliest days of the gold rush, French Gulch was a major mining town, and the only stage coach road to the north ran right by this home. Not to worry about it being furry, we’re pretty sure she meant “vertical grain fir,” as in Douglas Fir tree wood.
